Sanjeewa Wimalagunarathna
Founding President & First President of CATA Sri Lanka
Sanjeewa participated in the poverty alleviation training program at the International Poverty Reduction Centre in China (IPRCC) in 2024. He recently completed the “Go East TAFFEC Programme” at Chongqing College of Economics and Finance, focusing on modern economic tools, digital finance, and innovative approaches.
Under his leadership, CATA aims to bridge Chinese development experience with Sri Lanka’s needs, with special emphasis on digital and AI-driven solutions for sustainable development.
